St. Louis Park Becomes Latest City To Approve Mask Mandate
The St. Louis Park City Council approved the measure Tuesday night.

ST. LOUIS PARK, MN — St. Louis Park became the latest city in Minnesota to pass a city-wide mask mandate to slow the spread of coronavirus. The St. Louis Park City Council approved the measure Tuesday night.
The ordinance will go into effect July 27.
- It requires people to wear masks in the following settings:
- restaurants and bars when not at a table
- Public transportation,
- Entertainment venues
- Common spaces in apartment buildings
- Public outdoor spaces where social distancing cannot be maintained.
The ordinance also requires businesses to post signs about face coverings.
