Tuesday was <a href="http://www.natw.org/nno/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">National Night Out</a>, and scores of St. Louis Park residents took part in the festivities locally. Now in its 29th year, National Night Out is an annual event sponsored by the <a href="http://www.nationalnightout.org/natw/index.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">National Association of Town Watch</a> designed to raise awareness about community crime prevention and strengthen neighborhood bonds. There were more than 120 St. Louis Park block parties this year.  If you went to one of them, we encourage you to share the experience with Patch.
