Albertville City Council Approves Winter Park Basketball Court Surfacing

The Winter Park basketball court in Albertville will be getting a paint job, as part of an approval by the Albertville City Council at its Monday, July 1 meeting.

The court at Winter Park was installed about five years ago and did not have a painted surface installed at that time, according to a memo provided to the council.

The newly painted surface is estimated to cost Albertville approximately $2,580, funded by the Capital Parks Improvement budget.

Winter Park, located at 10381 64th Street NE, has playground equipment, a ball field, soccer field, trail and a fenced dog park in addition to the basketball court.
