Albertville Man Arrested for Fleeing Police, DWI: Wright County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

Wright County Deputies reported the following arrests recently in and around the county. All individuals are charged but are innocent until proven guilty in Wright County District Court.

March 25

• A 27-year-old Fridley man was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
• Jessica Rose Bright, 20, of Minneapolis was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for check forgery.

March 26

• A 35-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested in Pine County on a Wright County warrant for 4th degree controlled substance violation.
• A 48-year-old woman was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.

March 27

• Oliver Jay Canty, 29, of Minneapolis was arrested in Stearns County on a Wright County warrant for theft.

March 28

• A 45-year-old Illinois man was arrested in Otsego on the charge of 3rd degree test refusal and DWI.

March 29

• A 25-year-old Fridley woman was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.
• A 20-year-old Champlin woman was arrested in Mille Lacs County on a Wright County warrant for financial transaction card fraud.
• A 19-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for aid/abet receiving stolen property.

March 30

• A 25-year-old Buffalo man was arrested in Buffalo on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation.
• A 24-year-old Albertville man was arrested in Monticello for 3rd degree DWI test refusal and flee police in a motor vehicle.

There were 20 property damage accidents, three personal injury accidents. There were 10 arrests for DWI, one underage consumption arrest, no school bus stop arm violations and 121 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
