The last two years, Tara has tried to balance that job and assist her daughter, Jordan, as she takes on Stage IV cancer.

This fall, she was laid off, a "blessing in disguise" she said as Jordan came out of her 54-week treatment plan, had a couple sets of clean scans, and then relapsed, with the cancer re-emerging last summer.

Last week, the St. Cloud Times captured Jordan and Tara together as the Davis family, which also includes dad Paul, brother Nick (14) and little sister Jillian (6) and their celebration of Jordan's 18th birthday at their home in Monticello.

If you want to reach out and help the Davis family as Jordan battles Rhabdomyosarcoma, you can purchase a "Jordan's Wish" bracelet by sending $5 to Jordan's Wish, 1210 W River St, Monticello MN 55362.

All proceeds will help cover medical costs.

You can follow Jordan's fight by visiting her Caringbridge.org site.
