New Feature: St. Michael-Albertville Adoptable Pets of the Week
Courtesy of the Crossroads Animal Shelter in Buffalo, St. Michael Patch is going to bring you a couple of furry (or scaly, feathered or hard-shelled) friends of the week. Here's our first installment.
Crossroads Animal Shelter in nearby Buffalo is teaming up with St. Michael Patch to bring you a new feature here on the site.Â
"Pets of the Week" will, from here on out, feature a pair of adoptable pets at the popular shelter, which recently welcomed and adopted out its 6,000th animal in December.Â
That's pretty impressive for a shelter that's only been around for about 12 years.Â

Crossroads is located at 2800 10th St SE in Buffalo. The shelter is open from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays.Â

Purrkins (cat): A "rare tortise shell and tabby with deep golden eyes. She is very friendly and looking for a family that can appreciate how unique she is."
Patrice (dog):Â Looking for a smaller family member? Patrice loves laps, walks and playtime.
