Otsego Man Sentenced for Felony First Degree DWI
Several individuals were recently sentenced in Wright County Court.
The following felony sentencing information was provided by the Wright County Attorney's Office for the week of July 15, 2013. Some sentences may be appealed.
Violett, Steven Victor, age 52, of Otsego, sentenced on July 18, 2013 for Felony First Degree DWI to a stay of execution for seven years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, serve 90 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.
Benson, Erik Reid, age 33, of Williston, North Dakota, sentenced on July 16, 2013 for Probation Violations for Felony Burglary in the Third Degree to 45 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
Dunning, Walter Everett, age 54, of St. Cloud, sentenced on July 16, 2013 for Felony Burglary in the Third Degree to 21 months prison, pay restitution, provide DNA sample. Sentenced for Felony Burglary in the Third Degree to 21 months prison, concurrent. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
Jollymore, Ginny Lee, age 36, of Fridley, sentenced on July 16, 2013 for Probation Violations for Felony Bring/Send/Introduce/Possess Contraband to Prison/Hospital to 15 months prison. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Yager, Craig Dennis, age 34, of Waverly, sentenced on July 16, 2013 for Felony Fleeing a Peace Officer to a stay of imposition for three years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group and verify attendance, follow all recommendations of treatment program, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for Gross Misdemeanor Second Degree DWI to follow the above conditions. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
