Outages Leave St. Michael, Albertville Feeling Disconnected

Anyone else feel disconnected?

According to a phone call placed Tuesday afternoon to Charter Communications, St. Michael and Albertville were left in the dark, as well as some surrounding areas.

The incident happened shortly after lunch Tuesday. It's not known where, exactly, as of yet. But a cable was hit in the area, disrupting Charter services, Verizon Wireless connections and other communications services (Dish Network, for example).

What happened?
