Pets of the Week: A Snoopy Min Pin and Lots of Kittens

There are plenty of animals up for adoption down the road in Buffalo.

Crossroads Animal Shelter in nearby Buffalo is teaming up with St. Michael Patch to bring you another special feature here on the site.

"Pets of the Week" features a pair of adoptable pets at the popular shelter, which recently welcomed and adopted out its 6,000th animal in December 2011.

Crossroads is located at 2800 10th St SE in Buffalo. During "winter hours," the shelter is open from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays.

In addition to the lovable pets, the shelter also features an array of handcrafted pet accessories that volunteers sell to raise funds for the facility.

CAT: The center has a host of kittens that have made the transition from foster homes to Crossroads for full-time boarding. Look around and add a furry friend to your home.

DOGS: Snoopy is an energetic "Min Pin" (miniature pinscher) that is looking for a good home.Β
