Robert Gregory, 28, St. Michael, sentenced on Dec. 29, 2011 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $400 fine; 362 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $400 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
Joshua James Eastman, 28, Otsego, sentenced on Dec. 29, 2011 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 360 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 5 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete Level I driving program, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of alcohol, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, serve 10 sentence to service, have no same or similar violations.
