St. Michael-Albertville Girls' Soccer on the Brink of Title
The Knights tied Rogers 0-0 Tuesday. Tonight, they could win the conference outright with a win or tie and a Rogers tie or loss.
St. Michael-Albertville played Rogers to a scoreless tie Tuesday night on the Royals' home field, challenging the defending conference champs to a draw on their senior night.
The Knights had several first half chances, including a couple created by junior Maddie Barr, and a near finish by No. 9 Kara Hendrickson, one of the Knights' few seniors on this squad.
The girls square off with Cambridge-Isanti in Cambridge tonight, while Rogers hosts Buffalo. The outcome will determine this year's conference champ.
