St. Michael Family Who Adopted Child from Haiti Giving Back
This holiday season, the McCallum family is looking to give back to the organizations that made their family complete.

Stephanie McCallum has seen, firsthand, the devastation in Haiti.
Just three months after an earthquake brought the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere to its knees, Stephanie was on the ground, helping.
Her husband and three daughters could only hear her stories about the land they didnβt know.

But the fight to bring Haiti back helped complete the McCallum family.
Stephanie and her husband, Jeff, had visualized a family of six. A surgery, just days before the 7.0 quake that destroyed Haiti, had prevented that from happening.

In fact, the McCallums nearly missed out on children, period. They struggled with fertility issues before Stephanie became pregnant with twins, and then once again.
But it all seemed to be leading to Lucy.
Lucy was the little girl Stephanie met helping at an orphanage destroyed by the quake. Kids there, including the little girl, were sleeping on the floor, 12 weeks after the devastation.
The story of how the McCallums met Lucy and, finally, brought her home, was captured in this story in the Minnesota Christian Examiner.
Now, the McCallums are looking to give back to the many organizations that are helping in Haiti, and helped make the adoption of Lucy possible for their family.
Along with Connect Church, the McCallums will host a Christmas Boutique at .
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 3 and 4.
Vendors and charities will include Healing Haiti, 3 Seams, Hearts 4 Charity, Godβs Children Adoption Agency and the Little Hearts of Haiti.
