Winter Makes its Debut in St. Michael, Albertville

It wasn't quite the "tsnow-nami" meteorologists from the National Weather Service were projecting for the area Sunday night. 

However, Wednesday morning's arrival came with a nice coating of about 2 inches of new snow, the first accumulation here in St. Michael and Albertville. 

With some fall foliage still hanging around, the snow teamed with the trees and plants to make it a picturesque morning. 

So I decided to go for a short walk.
