Work on Highway Signs Stretches East to St. Michael

MnDOT is asking motorists to be alert as crews replace signs on Interstate 94 between Osakis and St. Michael.

Beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, December 5, Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT)crews began overhead sign panel replacement on the east and westbound lanes of Interstate 94 from the Osakis exit to Highway 241/St. Michael.

Crews will begin sign replacement at the west end of the project and work eastward on both eastbound and westbound lanes during daylight hours.

This work will require single lane restrictions in the areas were crews are working.

Work is expected to be completed by the end of December, weather permitting.

Motorists are asked to slow down and watch for workers on the roadway.
