Affton Man Choked, Injured Girlfriend, Police Say

Anthony Ryan Jr. was charged Tuesday with second-degree domestic assault.

An Affton man faces criminal charges after police said he choked his girlfriend last January.

Anthony Ryan Jr., 30, of the 4000 block of Green Meadows in the Affton area, was charged Tuesday with second-degree domestic assault.

said Ryan injured a woman who was his girlfriend at the time by choking her Jan. 12 at his home.

Bond was set at $10,000.
