Roland Valle, of St. Louis, is $100,000 richer after claiming a top prize on a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket on Aug. 14.
Valle, 51, bought the winning “Diamond 7” ticket at Dirt Cheap Cigarettes, Beer & Liquor, 8455 Gravois Road, in Affton.
“Diamond 7,” a $5 game with a bonus scratch area on the back of the ticket, has prizes up to $100,000 that can be won instantly.
