Assisted Living Center Opens in Ellisville

Westview Assisted Living in Ellisville will welcome its first residents Monday.

The pavement is still fresh at the site of the new center in Ellisville. The facility, located off of Reinke Road, is officially open, although its first residents won’t arrive until Monday, July 14.

The assisted living center, which is owned by Denver-based Spectrum Retirement Communities, will count with 80 units, ranging from studio-sized suites to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot duplex units, according to a press release.

Doris Cook, executive director of Westview, told Ballwin-Ellisville Patch that the facility will help offer older adults a comfortable, independent lifestyle.

β€œAssisted living and memory care has been very needed in this area,” Cook said. β€œOur facility offers seniors a quality lifestyle that will give both them and their families peace of mind.”

Westview’s amenities include gardening areas, a library with computers, a full-service salon and day spa, a theater, a kitchen for resident use and a gym, among others.
