Ballwin-Ellisville Intersection Gets Landscaping, New Traffic Lights

An intersection in the 15400 block of Manchester Road near the Ballwin-Ellisville border underwent continued landscaping and construction work Thursday.

A worker on site said the project includes the installation of left-turn-only lanes for access onto Manchester Road, as well as a straightaway-only lane for patrons crossing Manchester from one lot to the other; the north side of the developments in the 15400 block of Manchester Road include , and others, while the south lot contains and several adjacent businesses.

An on-site inspector hired by the Missouri Department of Transportation said the project began about a month ago and estimated it would be completed in about a week.
