The Ballwin Police Department provided the following list of incidents reported in the area for Aug. 30-Sept. 5: Tuesday, September 4 A playground bench at was found to have been lightly damaged by fire between 5 p.m. Aug. 31 and 9 a.m. Sept. 4. The police report indicated it was not known if the damage was intentional. The bench replacement is estimated at $600.
