According to the Ballwin Police Department, at approximately 9:21 p.m., May 3, a man stole two cell phones, along with the metal rack they were attached to, from the Walgreens, located at 15253 Manchester Road. Police released the surveillance photos, seen in the photo portion of this article, of a man they want to talk to in connection to the crime. The man is described as being between 5'8" – 6' tall, 190 pounds, late 40s to early 50s, with greying hair.  The loss of the stolen items is estimated at over $200, police stated.
