Ballwin Man Found Dead After Crash in Best Buy Geek Squad Car
Authorities say Richard Mellenbruch, 46, of Ballwin was found dead in the car he was driving, after an accident Monday morning along Highway 40.

According to KMOV.com,Β a man was found dead inside a Best Buy βGeek Squadβ car on Highway 40 near the Research Park exitΒ in St. Charles County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol,Β that man is now identified asΒ Richard M. Mellenbruch, 46, of Ballwin. The MSHP crash report statesΒ Mellenbruch Β was headingΒ east on Highway 40 just before 9 a.m.Β Monday, when he suffered from a medical condition. The car reportedly veered left, struck the concrete median, crossed back across the lanes of Highway 40Β before going off the road and stopping in trees.
Mellenbruch wasΒ pronounced dead at the scene by EMS crewsΒ and noΒ one else was injured.

Authorities say Mellenbruch was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.
