The city of Ballwin <a href="http://www.ballwin.mo.us/index.php?PageID=527&amp;view=pressreleases&amp;process=viewrelease&amp;PressID=408" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">has announced</a> that is seeking candidates for the position of finance officer.   The finance officer's position comes with the responsibility of managing all of the city's financial matters, which include its $18 million budget, investments, purchasing, bond issues, pension and payroll, according to a press release. The requirements are: <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field is required. </li> <li>Successful candidates must have at least three years municipal finance experience in a supervisory role.  </li> <li>Knowledge of New World's Logos finance software and CPA certification preferred.  </li> </ul> The salary range for this position is $68,171- $98,742 depending on qualifications and experience.
