(Written by Gabrielle Biondo) If you've visited the Walgreens store at <a href="https://townandcountry-manchester.patch.com/listings/walgreens-pharmacies-236" rel="nofollow">14529 Manchester Road</a>, just west of Baxter Road, you may have noticed a strong odor inside the store in recent days. Patch was alerted to the issue by a resident who was concerned it was unsafe or unhealthy for customers. Patch went to the store and spoke with the store manager who assured us the odor was not dangerous. We also contacted the corporate office.  A spokesperson for Walgreens tells Patch the odor is being caused by an issue with a trash compactor, but was not more specific about the reason behind the odor.  "We are working to resolve the issue for our customers as quick as possible," the spokesperson said via email. No specific time frame was given for the issue to be resolved.
