Marvin Gibb, the founder of Lion's Choice and its parent company Red Lion Beef Co., s<a href="http://www.stltoday.com/business/local/lion-s-choice-founder-sells-chain-to-growth-minded-investors/article_5a3d83e6-df3d-5b81-868b-28decebe6db3.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">old the company Tuesday to Bob Millstone and Mark Disper</a>, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The first Lion's Choice was built in Ballwin and was originally known as Red Lion Beef House.  Disper was Lion's Choice's first franchisee in 2000. He is a former business consultant for Anheuser-Busch. Millstone leads The Millstone Company and Millstone Capital Advisors.
