Parkway West Kicks Off Fall Sports with Red and Blue Night

The spirit night brought together student activities and athletics for one giant evening of celebrating the Longhorns.

After a few days back to school, the Longhorns showed their spirit for Aug. 17.

Fall sports and activities showed off in games and performances while activities boosters, teams and student clubs sold food and spirit wear for fundraisers.

The evening started off with a football jamboree at 5 p.m., bringing in rival schools Westminster, Lebanon and St. Charles West to compete in short, half-field games. Teams played simultaneously and other sports competed against each other (varsity vs. junior varsity) throughout the night.
