Theft Tops Recent Ballwin Crime

Ballwin police report a home burglary, along with thieves hitting a local gym and neighborhood.

July 3:

Between 7:00 a.m. andΒ 6:45 p.m., someone forced entryΒ through the rear sliding glass door of an unoccupied home in the 100 block of Old Oaks Drive. Several purses and wallets, totaling approximately $950 in value, were stolen.

Between 10:45 andΒ 11:45 a.m., aΒ wallet was stolen from a gym locker in the men’s locker room at 15425 Manchester Road.Β  The estimated loss is $43.

July 5:

Between 3 andΒ 7:10 p.m., aΒ set of license plates was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked in the lot of 200 Meadowbrook Country Club.Β  The loss is valued atΒ $20.50.
