Chesterfield Chamber Names Lindell Bank CEO 'Businessperson of the Year'
The organization also recognized the company itself as "Business of the Year," citing its support of local charities and civic groups.

The Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce named Lindell Bank CEO and President Leon Hall "Businessperson of the Year" for 2012 and Lindell Bank as "Business of the Year" during its first 2013 membership meeting Wednesday.Β
Chamber Executive Director Nora Amato said the recognition stems from Hall's active and supportive role in many area charitable and civic organisations such as theΒ St. Louis Art Museum, Chesterfield Arts, the St. Louis Equity Fund, and Higher Education and Leadership Ministries.Β
In addition, Lindell Bank's steadfast support of the chamber helped it earn the title of "Business of the Year."

"It's presented to Lindell Bank for their support of the chamber for the past 15 years as a corporate sponsor and seeing that the chamber is moving and changing things," she said.Β
Accepting the award, Hall said he was doing so on behalf of all those who work at Lindell Bank's various branches.Β

"Without those fine people, we would not have a bank," he said.Β
Other awards handed out the lunch meeting included:
