The other nominees were: , with 2 percent of the votes;  in Eureka with a fraction of a percent;  in Eureka, with a fraction of a percent;  in Ellisville with a fraction of a percent,  in Chesterfield with 41 percent; and  Vegan Cafe in Chesterfield with a fraction of a percent.
