Garage sales are always in season with people cleaning out basements, closets and garages. <a href="https://patch.com/A-mQKx" rel="nofollow">Here's a list of garage and estate sales this weekend around Chesterfield.</a> But how much do you expect to spend on recycled items? I have a neighbor who won't spend over a dollar on large clay pots for his deck plantings—his preference is to make an offer for 50 cents. Everyone has a different-sized wallet.
