It's 46, 23, 38, 4, 2 and 23. That's the number of the Mega Millions lottery that could make someone a half-billionaire, according to a 10:01pm tweet (Chesterfield time) by The Washington Post.

It's $640 million for the winning number(s).

There are three winners so far, one in Red Bud, Illinois—near St. Louis, another in Kansas and one in Maryland.
