Parkway Central High Surveys Teens About Bullying
Principal said the info would be used to deal with bullying.

Parkway Central High School Principal Tim McCarthy said this week he is asking students to participate in an online survey about their experiences with bullying.
"The survey results will inform district and Central High decisions regarding action steps in our effort to address bullying in school," McCarthy said in an email to parents of students at the school.
There was no indication that McCarthy was referring to any specific incidents.

The inquiry into bullying experiences was instigated by a districtwide team, Project Parkway, that is charged with putting into place five-year strategies by 2016.
It was expected that all the schools in the Parkway district were collecting bullying data.

"I hope we have a high level of participation," McCarthy said, by phone, about the survey.
Access to the survey itself was through the students' Infinite Campus homepage, and not open to the public.
Opportunity for students to complete the brief questionnaire was Monday through Friday, deadline February 3.
