Patients Reportedly Hospitalized After Receiving Wrong Solution During Dialysis
Seven patients are reportedly hospitalized, some in critical condition, after receiving the wrong solution during dialysis at West County treatment center U.S. Renal Care.

According to KMOV.com, the incident happened Monday at the U.S. Renal Care at 13190 South Outer 40 Road.
The center reportedly became aware of the mix-up when theΒ patients receiving dialysis said they began feeling uncomfortable, according to KMOV.

According to aΒ U.S. Renal Care news release, the company acquired the Town and Country dialysis center in August.Β It cares forΒ patients suffering from chronic kidney failure known as end stage renal disease.Β The facility was formerly known as Premiere Dialysis, KMOV reports.
According toΒ U.S. Renal Care, the company servesΒ 6,400 end stage renal disease patients and operates in 13 states.Β
