Rockwood schools mounts its 23rd year of naming some 15 individuals for a "Rockwood Outstanding Service in Education" award—acronym ROSE. "The prestigious ROSE Award is bestowed upon individuals who show excellence of character, performance, leadership and service to the Rockwood School District," according to the district website.
