Teen Store 'Five Below' Opened In Chesterfield Valley

Looked like a crowd Saturday, and not just teens.

The newly-opened youth store Five BelowΒ in Chesterfield Valley was busyΒ Saturday, with sidewalk displays despite the rainy weather.

The Chesterfield Valley store first opened on Friday. It'sΒ located nearΒ ,Β 54 TRH Boulevard, 63005.

Adults were walking away Saturday with full bags from the storeβ€”not just teens shopping apparently. Merchandise was stacked in the windows and the front door was propped open for business.

The stores do not accept returns on purchases, and merchandise varies as supply opportunities rise and fall with the market.

Two other "Five Below" stores were to open the same day Friday, inΒ Ballwin/ManchesterΒ andΒ Brentwood.

It's a privately-held company and with every item typically costing $5 and belowβ€”hence the name Five Below.
