TV's 'The Biggest Loser' Casting At Chesterfield Mall on Saturday, 10am-6pm
Here comes reality TV auditions Aug. 13.

Start earning $250,000 now, plus fame, your healthβand maybe a hot body (your own) Saturday at Chesterfield Mall.
That's a want-ad for casting NBC's 12th season of its popular reality series "The Biggest Loser."
The show is auditioning contestants Sat., Aug. 13, 10am - 6pm, for the Jan. 2012 season in a 13-city cross-country blitz, show officials said in a media release.

For the uninitiated, the reality show pits contestants in a race to lose weight via diet and exerciseβbut also throws hurdles their ways, until the process of elimination finds its winnerβthe biggest loser.Β
Those with at least 85 pounds to lose meet up with producers on the Mall's lower level near Macy's.

Here's what "The Biggest Loser" announced:
- Casting producers are looking for outgoing and charismatic teams of two and individuals who have the personality, desire and competitive edge to vie for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lose weight, change their lives forever and compete for a grand prize of $250,000.Β
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States.
- People are asked not to line up prior to three hours before the start of the casting call.Β
- Candidates are encouraged to bring a non-returnable photo of themselves (and their partners if applying as a team).Β
- Casting call applications will be provided on-site.

In season 12, contestants work out under the supervision of professional trainers Bob Harper, Anna Kournikova and Dolvett Quince, according to a press release from the producers.
