A total of 1,200 residents have been selected for the survey, a Thursday news release from the City of Richmond Heights states. Survey postcards were delivered this week and can be returned using the accompanying postage-paid envelope.

"This valuable feedback will help the City set benchmarks for tracking the quality of services provided," the release states. "Completing the survey will help the City Council make decisions that affect our community."

National Citizen Survey is performing the research.

The person asked to fill out the survey at each selected household should be:

  • 18 years old or older
  • the resident who most recently had a birthday
