Pet owners who live in , or are invited to participate in a photo contest this week at community center, the City of Richmond Heights website reports. The event is happening in conjunction with Responsible Pet Owner Month.
There is a $2 entry fee per color photo, which must be submitted by Friday. Those submitting photos must include the following information on the back of the image:
- Name
- Pet's name
- Phone number
Entries will be displayed at The Heights until winners are notified March 1.
