Wine Classes Offered at Schnucks in Richmond Heights

in has begun a series of wine classes and tastings titled, "Grapes in a Glass."

The classes run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursdays throughout the year and are taught by Janet Nicoletti, a certified specialist of wine. Nicoletti said that Schnucks has a huge beer portfolio and that new wines arrive weekly at the store.

Classes begin in the Kaldi's cafe at Schnucks, 6600 Clayton Rd., and move to the wine department for shopping during the last 15 minutes of class.

Those interested in participating may call 314-644-0510 to get class dates and times and to make reservations for one of the 20 available seats. Guests receive a courtesy reminder call on the day before class. The courtesy call also notifies participants if a class has been changed or canceled.
