Clayton Aldermen to Set Meeting Dates

The Clayton Board of Aldermen is slated to meet at 7 p.m. tonight at Clayton City Hall. There is no discussion session planned.

Items on the agenda include:

• Ordinance – To approve a maintenance agreement with Metropolitan Sewer District for the Shaw Park Recreational Trail. (Bill No. 6359). The Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) requires the execution of a maintenance agreement for construction projects that include the installation of stormwater management facilities as a result of any increase in impervious surface area related to the project. 
• Motion – To approve the 2013 Board of Aldermen meeting dates.

The meeting is open to the public.
