Clayton Grants Pastaria's Request for Weekend Valet Service

Businesses in Clayton can now have valet parking services during weekend days. The Clayton City Council approved a request to allow the change in regulations.

The request for the service was made by Pastaria. 

Previous Clayton regulations didn't permit valet parking on weekend days. Businesses seeking to use valet service have to apply with the city and have space to park cars.

The council questioned whether the change would hurt local retailers or help them by freeing up parking on Saturday and Sundays.

The change was approved unanimously.
