Lawsuit Tied to Clayton Molestation Charges Enters Settlement Phase

A settlement conference in the civil case of a man charged with molesting a 9-year-old girl at a Clayton hotel is planned Wednesday morning in , online court records show.
Daniel T. Hughes, a Pennsylvania resident, is at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.
The civil lawsuit, titled Jane Doe et al. v. Daniel T. Hughes et al., identifies as defendants. The settlement conference is set to begin at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday in Division 18 before Judge Richard C. Bresnahan, the website Missouri Case.net states.
A separate this June has been pushed to April 2013, Case.net states.
