Clayton Smoking Lawsuit Axed by Judge

The case challenging the city's ban on smoking in parks dates back to March.

A lawsuit challenging Clayton's ban on smoking in public parks has been dismissed, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported earlier this week.

Quoting from the Post-Dispatch:

"In his 15-page opinion, (U.S. District Judge Charles) Shaw dismissed the federal constitutional claims."
