The Richmond Heights City Council is scheduled to meet beginning at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

and new membership fees at community center are among the items set for discussion at Monday's Richmond Heights City Council meeting. A work session begins at 6:30 p.m. at followed by the regular meeting at 7:30.
