Council Agenda: Eager Road Development, Climate Action Plan

Plans for a development just west of community center and a climate action plan are among the items set for discussion Tuesday by the .

• Consider an ordinance that would amend city code by rezoning the Eager Road land.

• Consider an ordinance that would amend city code by adopting the 2012 International Residential Code for one- and two-family dwellings.

• Consider an ordinance that would amend city code to adopt the 2012 International Building Code.

• Consider whether to hold a closed meeting to discuss legal issues; leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body; hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a government employee; and documents related to a negotiated contract.
