- Consider an ordinance that would amend city code by rezoning the Eager Road land.
- Consider an ordinance that would amend city code by adopting the 2012 International Residential Code for one- and two-family dwellings.
- Consider an ordinance that would amend city code to adopt the 2012 International Building Code.
- Consider whether to hold a closed meeting to discuss legal issues; leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body; hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a government employee; and documents related to a negotiated contract.
