Don Wolfsberger, a Clayton Art Fair Supporter, Dies at 78

The former Clayton resident helped found an organization that promoted the Saint Louis Art Fair and other events, the St. Louis Beacon reports.

A former Clayton resident who helped found a group that promoted the Saint Louis Art Fair has died, the St. Louis Beacon reported Tuesday.

Don Wolfsberger, 78, died last week.

Quoting from the Beacon:

"In 1983, Mr. Wolfsberger partnered with Patrick Donelan and Jerry Clinton to found the Civic Entrepreneurs Organization (CEO), a nonprofit group designed to identify and promote unique St. Louis events to burnish the city's image throughout the world. … CEO showcased St. Louis through many events, including the Saint Louis Art Fair in Clayton … ."
