A free course on investing will be held Nov. 19 at headquarters, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd. in Ladue. The event is offered by the , a news release states.
The event runs from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will cover:
- Basic principles of saving and investing
- Setting financial goals
- Developing a retirement plan
- Understanding financial markets
- Selecting a financial professional
- Avoiding investment scams
Two financial education specialists from MU Extension will lead the class.
