Clayton's Claverach Park Neighborhood will host its Halloween Fall Festival and Chili Cook-Off from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23.
The event will happen on the Hillvale Drive island.
Attendees are encouraged to wear a Halloween costume.
