Bates Named Half & Half's New Executive Chef

Chip Bates, sous chef at Little Country Gentleman, is the new executive chef at Half & Half in Clayton. 

Both restaurants are owned by Mike Randolph.

According to Sauce Magazine, Bates will be solely focused on preparing morning fare at the breakfast-brunch spot Half & Half. 

Randolph has hired two other chefs to round out the culinary crew for dinner-only Little Country Gentleman, Sauce reports.
