Hoops Hangouts: See Mizzou and SLU Games in Clayton, Richmond Heights

Clayton and Richmond Heights readers: If you clicked on this post, you've undoubtedly already filled out a bracket for the NCAA men's basketball tournament that officially kicked off Tuesday.
For the first time since the 1999-2000 season, both the University of Missouri and Saint Louis University are playing in college basketball's most prolific postseason tournament.
Both squads open their tournament schedules on Friday:

- No. 2-seeded Mizzou against Norfolk State at 3:40 p.m. The game will be aired on TNT.
- No. 9-seeded SLU against Memphis at 5:50 p.m. The game will be aired on TBS.

Grab some American-style food, or drop by for an appetizer or dessert at this classic chain restaurant.

This restaurant—another chain classic—offers sit-down dining and a bar that features televisions at the Saint Louis Galleria. Vegetarian, gluten-free and sugar-free options are available.

You'll find antipasto, pizza, salad and beverages, in addition to a fully stocked bar.
- : 15 N. Meramec Ave.
Patch reader Scott Harris recommends this classic Clayton hangout for catching the game. It's got a build-your-own-burger bar, a comprehensive beer menu and outdoor seating. And it's open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
