Lawsuit Dropped Against Clayton Toy-Maker

An inventor who once claimed Cepia misappropriated his idea to create Zhu Zhu Pets has since dropped his lawsuit, the St. Louis Business Journal reported.

An inventor who once claimed Clayton-based toymaker Cepia took his idea and developed Zhu Zhu Pets has dropped his lawsuit, the St. Louis Business Journal reported earlier this month.

Quoting from the Business Journal article:

"(Attorney Robert) Matz said that after reviewing the development documents, (Jason) Heller was convinced that no one had disclosed information about his toy, saying that 'Cepia and its employees should be commended for bringing a great toy to market.'"
